Rates

We offer multiple rates for varying types of projects and goals.

Very Small Projects ($250-$750)

This would include, cms customization’s, site repairs, simple social development, simple marketing/seo, as well as some foundation focused management or architecture advice

Payments:

Returning customer: 25% upfront milestone, 65% milestone at 90%, and the last 10% at 100% completion

New Customers: 40% upfront milestone, 50% milestone at 90%, and the last 10% at 100% completion Hours: 10 – 25 hours package.

Small Project ($750 – $2500) This would include the above details as well as, cms site development, cms conversions/transportation, and some database services are available here

Payments:

Returning customer: 25% upfront milestone, 65% milestone at 90%, and the last 10% at 100% completion

New Customers: 40% upfront milestone, 50% milestone at 90%, and the last 10% at 100% completion Hours: 15 – 50 hours package.

Medium Project ($2500 – $7500)

This would include the above details as well as, combination of simple features, small custom products and plugins.

Payments:

Returning customer: 25% upfront milestone, 65% milestone at 90%, and the last 10% at 100% completion

New Customers: 40% upfront milestone, 50% milestone at 90%, and the last 10% at 100% completion Hours: 25 – 75 hours package.

Major Project ($7,500 – $15,000)

This would include the above details as well as,  access to other platforms (mobile, desktop, etc), integration of multiple features/components, and some security specific services are offered at this level.

Payments:

Returning customer: 25% upfront milestone, $2500/month up to 65% milestone at 90%, and the last 10% at 100% completion

New Customers: 40% upfront milestone, $2500/month up to 50% milestone at 90%, and the last 10% at 100% completion Hours: 75 – 150 hours package.

Large Project ($15,000 – $50,000)

This would include complete access to the above details as well as, prototype development, team integration/management, testing services and preparation to scale for global exposure including server management services.

Payments:

Returning customer: 20% upfront milestone, $5000/month up to 65% milestone at 90%, and the last 10% at 100% completion

New Customers: 30% upfront milestone, $5000/month up to 50% milestone at 90%, and the last 10% at 100% completion Hours: 150 – 500 hour package.

Enterprise N-Tier Project ($50,000+)

This would include complete access to the above details. This package includes developing developing a multi-platform product that can handle millions of users. We are able to integrate with your in house system and team or build the entire product on our servers.

Payments:

Returning customer: 20% upfront milestone, $5000/month up to 65% milestone at 90%, and the last 10% at 100% completion

New Customers: 30% upfront milestone, $5000/month up to 50% milestone at 90%, and the last 10% at 100% completion Hours: 500+ hours package.

Important notes:

• With all packages, a minimum maintenance package of 20 days is included.
• 90% means that the product looks similar to the agreed design and is functional. At this point there are still bugs and design tweaks to be agreed upon before launch. This is usually about 2-4 weeks before the intended launch of a project from small to enterprise. A total of 90% of the total budget must be paid at this time before anymore development.
• We ask that you place our link in the footer of any site that we develop.  This small gesture helps us to grow so we can be around for your next project. Agreement to this gives another 30 days of maintenance to any package where a complete, site, mobile, or desktop product was developed by us.
• Security is a major product on its own. Unless specifically requested, outside of secure programming tactics, there is little offered in the way of security below medium sized projects.  Many cms systems employ their own security standards which must be agreed to as adequate for small projects. We offer the implementation of well documented security procedures and processes. In no case does Beyond Programs guarantee any level of security.
• A month is always 30 days unless expressly noted otherwise
