BePro Directory

This product uses the wordpress cms and allows you to setup directory listings tagged geographically. The listings combined with, search, advertising, tracking and more allow you to setup the perfect, hotel, vehicle, company or any directory/listings site. This solution works primarily off of our BePro Listings plugin.

Configurations

The solution can be setup in one of two ways.

• Setup your site to instantly have content for every state and city in your country. Then assign contacts to those locations
• Setup your site to feature only your listings that match a particular search term

How It Works

Each location has its own page on your website.  You are able to setup unique categories and assign these pages to those categories.  With as little as an address and a name, you can generate the google maps coordinates for your location and make it public.

Beyond that, you can add, images, ratings, availability, and cost to any location. This is all searchable and filtered through our map based front end. Users are able to choose between two views:

• A listings focused view, showing more details about the listings, and a small map for reference
• A map centered view showing the results on a interactive map interface with the text listings taking less of a visible role.

Both viewing options come with clickable map markers and filtering capabilities. Once the perfect location is found, the user can proceed with viewing more details about the listing on its “Page” or you can continue on with booking.

The Admin

The admin is presented with a typical contact form including, organization name, address, etc. Once entered, through a simple one click process, the product generates lat/lon coordinates for use on google maps. You are even presented with a google map showing your address on the map with a marker. You are also able to setup custom types and assign them to listings

This solution comes with our BePro Ad tracking plugin which allows you to instantly monetize your domain by creating ads or links then tacking customer traffic and interaction. You can also setup ad campaigns per user and have them see the progress*.

The Customer

Users see the typical search criteria, distance, name, location, and the custom (types) that you have setup. They are then taken to a listings page with all of the matching criteria. They can choose between map view or listings view. Either way presents google maps and search criteria to the customer

Advertisers 

Users designated as advertisers have the ability to login and manage their profile. In their profile is the ability to view available credits for listing. You setup the, cost per credit, max duration, and amount of credits necessary to post an ad. From there the system handles everything from payment to listing.

Employees

This solution comes integrated with a way to keep your employees in the mix. A website should be a tool for your business helping you to do work, not just site online and tell a static story. Our BePro Directory solution gives you the tools to assign users to listings and track their interaction with it. Further more, your employees can login and manage their profile updating you on their progress.

Mobile

We here are beyond programs are major adopters of the adobe product sweet and more recently its PhoneGap project. We are currently creating a mobile product which will allow your customers and employees to interact with your website on any mobile phone or tablet

Hotel Owners

We are working on the ability to let customers post listings. That way if you want to allow customers the ability to manage their own listings, they can.
