BePro Contributions

BePro Contributions allows you to create topics where users can receive details and contribute towards a numeric goal. A topic can be whatever you imagine and you are free to create “types” which allow you to categorize them any way you need. This plugin can also interface with our BePro Finance plugin by linking topic types to account types.  It has multiple features including

• Track Investment by investment cause
• Creation and tracking investments towards a goal
• Custom fields per cause type
• Topic types can be categorized
• Topic types can be restricted to ownership by the system only (e.g donation) or by users (e.g. invoices)
• Ability to restrict users to, single payments, multiple payments, ranges, specific quantities and more.
• Return contributions to contributors as repayment or profit

The Admin

As admin, you are able to see all activity regarding your topics. You can filter by topics type and name when searching. Each topics has a details page where you can edit all data including custom fields.

One key feature is the ability to assign an amount for returning to customers. The system knows what percentage of the goal was invested and returns that same % of the funds your designate.

Each topic type has multiple settings. You can designate, custom fields, payment options, assignee, and more.

In the admin you are also able to assign any topic  to any user if that cause is setup that way.

The User

This plugin comes with short codes. This allows you to place your Investment causes on any page within your website. The user is able to see details about the cause including its, goal, current status, and custom field data. They can also proceed with the process of investing.

The perk here is that the user is able to see details regarding the, activity, goals,  and focus of a topic. They are then able to see how it progressed, especially if your setup of the product involves repayments.

Configurations

This type of product does offer many configurations. One Topic type can be used to track the input of funds while the other is used to track the repayment of funds. It as easy to run a loan management program on this system as it is to run a crowd funding operation. From invoices to charity donation topics, this product will allow you to setup and track the movement of funds.
