Proto partners, short for Prototype Partners, is exactly what it sounds like. For chosen projects, we offer 50% off on development once a) your project qualifies b) you accept the terms which include
- If applicable, registration in our remote monitoring. This allows us to make sure that our investment creating the product is protected.
- 10,000 impressions or 10% of your traffic (whichever is less) from our ad network per month.
- Beyond Programs logo must be placed in the footer or other clearly visible area in the app, website, or medium.
This agreement would be for a term of 24 months. These features are provided for free during the contract period. Monthly billing for these features begins at the end of the term.
All code will remain the sole property of Beyond Programs. Your logos and any other artwork contained within your version of the product is subject to advertising and marketing by Beyond Programs for the life of the product.
TO QUALIFY
- Your product must apply to the general public and not be offensive to any major section of society
- There must be a real business behind the product which is proven by an already functioning version of the product or obviously available funds to support the products future.
- The product must span both mobile and web platforms
- Adobe air must be used as the app development platform
- The web aspect must be built using LAMP technologies and a mobi version must also be created.
- The target market must speak, English, Spanish, or Portuguese as their primary language.
- Hosting must be provided either via prearranged servers or by purchasing hosting from Beyond Programs according to the terms here for the duration of the contract.
- All development on the project must be done through Beyond Programs
- Changes to the program retaining the same name and marketing, after our agreement, must be reported to Beyond Programs
- All development must be put on a schedule which sees completion within 24 months

This type of agreement helps all involved. The program simply requires that you continue the momentum for success. We help you to organize a road-map which will attract customers and ultimately promote your success. The hopefully by osmosis the Beyond Programs Brand will also grow.
